Membership and token purchases provide immediate access to digital features. Once activated or consumed, they are generally non-refundable except where required by law or caused by a verified payment error.

Duplicate or failed payments

If a payment is debited but not activated, contact support with the payment ID and account details so the team can verify and resolve it.

Support review

Refund decisions are reviewed against payment status, feature activation, ledger records, and applicable platform policies.
